Night to Shine 2023 Volunteer Registration

Complete and submit this form in its entirety to sign up as a volunteer at Night to Shine, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, hosted by The Bridge Church!

Volunteers on the night of the event must be at least FRESHMAN in High School (2022-2023 school year) and 14 years of age or older. However, families can assist before the event with set up the week of February 6, 2023, as well as other pre-prom activities.

  • Volunteers 18 and older MUST complete a simple online background check and sign the liability & media/photo releases.
  • Volunteers 14-17 years old must print the permission form provided once this form is submitted and sign the liability & media/photo releases.
  • Volunteers must attend the training session on January 29th from 12:30p-1:30p at The Bridge Church.
  • Buddies will need to be available prior to 5 pm on the night of the event in accordance with your responsibilities.
  • By volunteering, you are committing to fulfilling your required role and showering your love to those with special needs.

Buddies accompany and assist their assigned guest throughout the evening, providing companionship and any assistance they may need during the event. They sit with their guest during dinner, accompany them to the various entertainment and specialty stations, and engage with them in conversation.

Night to Shine T-shirts are provided for volunteers who serve during the event. If selected as a Buddy, prom attire is required. Please indicate your shirt size
A Permission Form is required for minor Volunteers/Buddies ages 14-17. A link to download the Permission Form is directly below. It's very important that you bring your completed form to your training session or a parent/guardian comes in to complete the form at training.

MEDIA RELEASE: By signing below, and for the good and valuable consideration of participating in an event hosted by The Bridge Church, and sponsored in part by or associated with the Tim Tebow Foundation, I hereby give my full and voluntary consent to Tim Tebow Foundation, Inc., ("TTF") a Georgia nonprofit corporation headquartered in Florida and The Bridge Church ("CHURCH"), a NJ nonprofit corporation, to record, by writing, by video, photographic, or audio recording device, or by any other analog or digital means, my actions, physical likeness, biographical information, and/or voice. Additionally, I hereby grant to TTF and CHURCH, without royalty or other compensation now or in the future, all rights of every kind and character whatsoever, in perpetuity, in and to any and all such recordings, along with any additional recordings I might provide to TTF and CHURCH, and to any benefits inuring to TTF and CHURCH as a result of its use of any of the foregoing recordings. Among other things, TTF and CHURCH may, but are not required to, copy or reproduce the recording, edit or modify it, incorporate it into another work, display or broadcast it or any of the foregoing privately or publicly, and use or license it or any of the foregoing for use by others, all for the sole benefit and at the sole discretion of TTF and CHURCH, for the advancement of TTF and CHURCH’s exempt charitable purposes. All permissions granted herein extend to any successor or assign of TTF and CHURCH and bind me and my heirs, successors, and assigns.
